The Building Department is responsible for reviewing building plans and permit applications. The Department will answer building code related questions, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with the International Building Code, Town ordinances and regulations. The Department maintains records of completed building permits and inspections.
Inspection requests may be called in at 970-328-9626 for next day inspection if called by 4:00pm
