The Green Bike Project

Together with One Eagle Merchants Association, the Mountain Pedaler and The Kind Bikes and Skis, the Town of Eagle has started a free bike sharing program. Residents and visitors to Eagle are encouraged to use the bikes painted greens for getting around town. The bikes have to be brought back to a designated green bikes rack and are intended for adult day-use only. By riding, users accept the terms of the liability waiver attached to the bike and posted on signs at the bike rack.
The bikes will pass regular inspections donated by Eagle's two bike shops.
The designated racks are located on Broadway and 2nd Street, downtown and on Gamble Street near the Kind Bikes and Skis in Eagle Ranch. Future rack locations will include the Chambers and Market Street business districts.
Rules
· You assume full responsibility for your personal safety and the safety of those around you while riding this Green Bike and you agree to release and hold harmless the Town of Eagle from and against all liability or claims for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of this Green Bike.
· This bike is for use in the community of Eagle only.
· When you are finished riding this bike please place it in a bike rack for the next person to use.
· Bikes are not to be locked or taken home overnight.
· If this bike needs repair, please turn the seat backwards and contact either The Kind Cyclist 970-328-5005 or Mountain Pedaler 970-328-3578 with the location and number of the bike.

While the Mountain Pedaler and the Kind Bikes have donated their time in maintaining the Green Bikes, the project needs your support for replacement parts. Please visit either one of these merchants to pick up a t-shirt with the cool project logo on it. All profits go towards the Green Bike Project.
