Utility Payment Options

These payment options are for customer's convenience to help ensure on-time payments and access to accounts. 

Utility Auto Pay Form

The easiest way to pay your monthly town utility bill and is no cost to the Town. The amount of your bill is automatically drafted from your bank account on the 15th of each month. Use the 

Utility Auto Pay Form (PDF).

You can email the form to mark.herota@townofeagle.org or drop off at the Town offices. 

Online Payments

This service allows you to use your credit or debit card to pay your bills. This service is offered free of charge to customers and the Town pays the service fees. Xpressbillpay is easy to use. Read these instructions to sign up and view your bills on-line and receive your statements via e-mail. 

Energy Assistance Programs

Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) 
LEAP is a program for families and individuals with limited incomes who need help paying their heating bills. The program is open from Nov. 1 through April 30 annually and provides help with heating costs to eligible families. Payments are made directly to the vendor providing the heat source. 

LEAP is administered by Discover Goodwill of Southern Western Colorado.

To Apply: 
Applications are available in English and Spanish on the Colorado Department of Human Services website or by calling 1-888-775-LEAP (1-888-775-5327) any time between November 1 and April 30. Continue paying your heat bill, as LEAP assistance will not pay your entire bill!

The Crisis Intervention Program (CIP)
CIP operates year-round and provides assistance with furnace repair and replacement, or replacement of broken windows. You must be eligible for LEAP to qualify for CIP.

Energy Smart Colorado CARE Program
Energy Smart Colorado is now facilitating Colorado's Affordable Residential Energy Program (CARE) to assist income-qualified residents in improving the comfort, safety and efficiency of their home.  The program provides a free home energy assessment or walk-through to identify energy improvements as well as energy upgrades to help save money for qualifying residents.  To learn more about the program, income qualifications and how to apply please visit the CARE program website. Applications are available in English or Spanish.

Northwest Colorado Council of Governments Weatherization Program
The Energy Management Program, also known as Weatherization, weatherizes low and moderate income homes to reduce their fuel consumption and heating costs.  If you qualify for this program you may receive: caulking, weather stripping, insulation, storm windows, furnace tune-up, furnace replacement, refrigerator replacement and more free of charge.  For more information or to apply for this program please visit the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments' website.

GRID Alternatives Colorado
GRID Alternatives Colorado has partnered with Holy Cross Energy to help qualifying members save up to 50% on their electric bill by offering no cost, 2-year community solar subscriptions. In order to qualify you must be a member of Holy Cross Energy and must be at or below the household income limits in place for this program.
