Brief overview of the changes 

Usage Regulations

1. Powered Bikes: Powered bikes are prohibited from operating on public streets, sidewalks, and multi-use paths. These vehicles shall follow OHV guidelines laid out in Section 11.09

2. Electric Scooters: Electric scooters may operate on public streets, bike lanes, and multi-use paths. Operation on sidewalks is prohibited except where allowed by signage. Riders must follow traffic regulations applicable to bicycles.

3. Low-Speed Electric Vehicles: Low-speed electric vehicles are restricted to public roadways with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less.

4. Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): OHVs shall follow guidelines laid out in Section 11.09.

5. Power-Operated Ride-On Toy: Power-operated ride-on toys are not permitted for use on public roads or bike paths.

6. Golf Car Vehicle: Golf car vehicles may only be operated in recreational areas where specifically designated for such use
