Town Clerk

The office of the Clerk prepares agenda materials, packets, and minutes for Town Board meetings; attends Board meetings; serves as Clerk of the Board; keeps an accurate record of all the official acts of the Board; manages liquor and business licenses; conducts Regular Municipal and Special Elections; coordinates records management function; and be the custodian of the Town seal and shall affix the Town seal to such documents as the law or the Board of Trustees requires.
