The Town of Eagle reviews its fees annually. The goal of our review is to determine if our fees are compatible with services offered, address actual costs, and are fiscally responsible. Due to the economic downturn in early 2000’s, many fees were not adjusted or updated for many years. As we are a statutory Town, our fees must also comply with State Statute and should be adjusted and updated.
