Marijuana Special Sales Tax: Effective January 1, 2018, there is hereby levied by the Town of Eagle a special sales tax on the gross receipts of retail marijuana and retail marijuana products. The rate will be raised by 0.5% annually until the rate reaches 5% in 2023. The current rate 5.0%.
Marijuana Excise Tax: Effective January 1, 2020, the Town of Eagle has levied an Excise Tax on Marijuana Sold or Transferred to Manufacturers and Stores products. The rate will be raised by 0.5% annually until the rate reaches 5% in 2023. The current rate is 5.0%.
