Permit Applications for Water & Sewer Tap Fees

1) 2025 In-town Residential Water Tap Application.

• This application is for all single-family homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) within the Eagle town limits.
• Please upload the complete application and any attachments to Community Core.

2) 2025 Multi-Family/Hotel Water Tap Application.

• This application is for residential duplexes or larger within the Eagle town limits. 

3) 2025 Commercial In-Town Water Tap Application.

• This application is for any commercial property within the Eagle town limits.

4) 2025 Out of Town Residential Water Tap Application.

• This application is for any residential property outside of the Eagle town limits but are supplied by Town of Eagle utility services. This includes the Eby Creek and Upper Kaibab subdivisions. 

5) 2025 Out of Town Residential Water Tap Application - Frost Creek.

• This application is for all residential properties at Frost Creek.

6) 2025 Out of Town Commercial Water Tap Application.

• This application is for all commercial property out of the Eagle town limits.
