Internet Billing Moving to Town Utility System Beginning April 1
We’re making improvements to streamline your billing experience! In February, the Town of Eagle announced that broadband internet billing will transition to the same system used for other Town utilities, including water, sewer, and trash.
Beginning April 1, your internet service will be billed through the Town’s utility billing system. As part of this change, autopay through the current internet billing platform is no longer available.
How This Change Affects You
- If your internet service address matches the service address on your Town utility account: Your April internet charges will automatically be merged into your existing utility account—no action needed.
- If the service addresses do not match: You will receive a separate bill from the Town of Eagle at the mailing address we have on file.
Because all broadband customers must transition to the Town’s utility billing system, you may choose to consolidate your broadband bill with your existing Town utilities account. If your service addresses do not match and you would like your accounts merged, please email broadband@townofeagle.org with:
- Your name and phone number
- Your internet billing and service address
- The Town utility account number you’d like your internet service merged into
You can locate your Town utility account number using the graphic below.
Renters and Property Managers
If you are a renter or property manager and prefer your internet charges to remain separate from your other Town utility bills, please contact broadband@townofeagle.org or call 970‑328‑6550, option 1 for assistance.
