Chambers Avenue Park and Ride Improvements
The Town of Eagle will receive sealed bids at the Town of Eagle Department of Public Works Offices, 1050 Chambers Avenue, Eagle, CO, 81631 for the Chambers Avenue Park and Ride Improvements until 12:00 p.m. (local time) on Wednesday. July 1, 2015, at which time all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the construction of parking lot improvements at the Chamber Avenue Park and Ride facility in Eagle, Colorado. Work includes removal of 500 LF of curb and gutter, 190 SY of concrete, and 260 SY of asphalt, and installation of 380 LF of drain pan, curb and gutter, 190 SY of concrete sidewalk, 540 SY of asphalt, street light re-location, striping and signing.
The Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Town of Eagle Public Works Offices located @ 1050 Chambers Avenue at Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. A walking site tour will be held the immediately afterwards. All prospective bidders and others interested in the work are encouraged to attend the tour and Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting. The Engineer may issue addenda as the Engineer considers necessary in response to the questions raised in the tour and Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting.
