A CALL FOR COMMUNITY COOPERATION
The Eagle Police and Public Works Department are looking forward to cooperation from all of the residents in Eagle to comply with the Town's Ordinances regarding sidewalk snow removal and the parking of vehicles on the street during a snow event (see language below). The law is specific and self -explanatory; however should you have any questions you may call our office during business hours at 970-328-6351 or our Communications Center at 970-470-2200 and ask for an Eagle Officer to call you back.
Our intention is for all residents to be conscientious about complying with the Odd-Even parking restrictions during snow events, however, the Town of Eagle is prepared to ticket vehicles/owners, or tow/impound vehicles at the owner’s expense that are deemed to be interfering with snow removal operations.
Your safety is our primary concern. It is essential that the fire equipment, emergency medical vehicles, snow plows, and police are able to safely negotiate the narrow streets in your neighborhood.
We thank you for your efforts and cooperation to make this program successful!!
