The Town of Eagle Building Division is responsible for the enforcement of the building, plumbing, and mechanical codes, as well as certain municipal codes as adopted by the Town Council. The Division reviews and processes permit applications, plan check applications and performs inspections of all construction projects.

NOTICE OF FEE ADJUSTMENTS FOR 2026
The Town of Eagle reviews its fees annually. The goal of our review is to determine if our fees are compatible with services offered, address actual costs, and are fiscally responsible.
To be a listed as a contractor on any Town of Eagle building permit applications, you must be registered as a contractor. Please click on the link below to register as a contractor. Registrations are renewed annually.
If you are new to registering as a Contractor in the Town of Eagle, please review our requirements here CHAPTER 13.24. - CONTRACTORS' LICENSES.
- Inspections may be requested by phone, call 970-328-9626 before 4pm to schedule an inspection for the next available date.
- If you are a registered contractor with the Town of Eagle and have a Community Core profile, click here to schedule an inspection online.
