The town seeks customer service and technical experts to support our community and public resources. With a mountain-business casual dress code, many of our staff walk or bike to work and we support wellness initiatives. Our staff of approximately 75 dedicated employees boast an average longevity of 4 years. Eagle provides a full range of services including police protection, water and wastewater services, street and parks maintenance, community and economic development and events planning. We strive to uphold our Mission and Vision per the Strategic Plan.
