The Town of Eagle's Community Development Department provides long-range planning, development review, planning and building department oversight and code enforcement.  We strive to bridge the gap between the community and the Town in all areas relating to the built environment.  Our department is committed to transparency, engagement and equality.

The Community Development office is generally open Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During these hours, staff tries to be available by email or phone. We encourage scheduling an appointment for any in-person meeting as staff can be hard to reach walking into the office. To set up an appointment with Planning, please email Planning@townofeagle.org or call (970) 328‑9655. For Building, please email permits@townofeagle.org or call (970) 328-6565.
